Due to the STAY-AT-HOME order, we are offering FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for order over CAD$499.00, the option for Local Delivery will appear in the Delivery menu at checkout if your shipping address is within our delivery zone. If this option does not appear and you do live in GTA area, please contact our store at INFO@SHENGTANGPEONY.COM before place an order.

Please note that it may take up to 3 business days from the time you placed your order for your order to be delivered. This schedule is subject to change due to staff shortages, and because, pandemic.

We are happy to offer international shipping. However, you must contact us at INFO@SHENGTANGPEONY.COM with items of interest, Quantities and your full shipping address, to receive a shipping quote prior to placing an order.

For customers outside of Canada, Sheng Tang Peony is NOT responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import. All cross-border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us via email info@shengtangpeony.com for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us via email info@shengtangpeony.com that we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

Please note due to hygienic reasons, restrictions apply to all jewelry, and face mask.

In-stock items purchased from SHENG TANG PEONY may be returned for store credit, within 14 days of shipping receipt. Please contact INFO@SHENFRANGPEONY.COM to request a return authorization, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition, inclusive of all original packaging.

All made-to-order items and sale items are final sale, they may not be returned for store credit and are ineligible for exchange.

Any damaged or broken items must be reported to SHENG TANG PEONY upon receiving. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are unfortunately not eligible for store credit. We do not provide return labels or cover return costs, SHENG TANG PEONY is not responsible if the returned package is lost in transit - we recommend you pay to insure and track your package through your chosen carrier.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges online. While our stores remain closed to protect our employees and communities, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.

All merchandises are FINAL SALES, no refund for all merchandises.

Exchanges

If you purchased in-store, merchandises are available for exchange within 14 days, or for a store credit that does not expired. Exchange does not apply to discounted merchandises.

After 14 days, we will no longer accept exchanges.

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • You must present a valid receipt.

The following items are final sale and not eligible exchange:

  • All jewelleries are final sale for hygienic reasons.
  • All made-to-measure merchandises.
  • All discounted in-store merchandises.

What is a Special Order?

  1. Special Order items are items that have not yet arrived to us, but can be purchased in advance. Once we have the items in stock, we will ship the Special Order to you directly or pick from our store.
  2. Bespoke /Made-to-Measure, all bespoke orders require in-store appointments for details, we request 50% of the deposit and are not subject to refund and return.

Shipping Date

We provide an approximate shipping date for each Special Order item. We do our very best to ensure that your item is shipped on time or before this date, but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected.

Inquire About Sold-Out Items

As you notice, the nature of our business is that we do not mass produce our pieces, and we are focus on handcraftsmanship, which makes many of our pieces exquisite and limited in quantities. This is due to the limitation of the raw materials. We use all-natural dyes and traditional techniques to make our fabric from scratch, and many of the high-quality fabric is very time-consuming in the making. We encourage you to email us at INFO@SHENGTANGPEONY.COM for any sold-out piece that you are interested in, and we will try our best to provide a solution or alternatives for you.
